Legal action from the note holders is now a near certainty. They know now they cannot get anything close to their money back, so forcing liquidation is now is their next best hope.

For this reason, if there is any value in the actual tech, i expect all the IP to be sold to another company ( probably also owned by SR ) .... if you like a clean shell where new note holders and investors can be suckered in.

This POS will just go latent on the filings and eventually be revoked ( or forced into liquidation )

In the meantime, sit back and watch the carnage.
