Per the U.S.'s Coronavirus Task Force, there is a plan in place to begin actually producing the SARS-CoV2 vaccine prior to its final regulatory approval. Contrary to history, the vaccine is intended to be ready for distribution almost immediately after the FDA's approval has been secured. There will obviously be multiple global vaccine candidates, so the intention is to focus on those with good early test results to select candidates for pre-approval early manufacturing.

WHERE IS DECN? DECN does not have a product it can currently distribute in the U.S. DECN cannot assist in addressing the current COVID-19 testing demands. What happens when DECN might be ready to go early this summer? If the SARS-CoV2 proves to be seasonal, the current 2019-2020 season is nearly over! DECN's timing is very shaky! To-date 18 companies have FDA Emergency Use Authorization approvals, allowing them to move forward with their COVID-19 test protocols. Plus, just for reference, this number of 18 approvals does not include any and all of those who are already distributing serological antibody screening processes.

IMO, based upon numerous REAL factors, DECN's chances of significant success in the SARS-CoV2 testing arena are minimal at best.
