I think I am reasonably knowledgeable
But, when it comes to chemistry and refining, I am not in the same league as Scott Honan. When it comes to governments, how they function, and what it takes to motivate them I am not in these same league as Jim Sims. I am 100% confident that he is in contact with the appropriate people in Lincoln and is doing all that is necessary to move this permit along. Remember: he and Scott played this same game quite successfully in California. As a Nebraska citizen I am tempted to make some calls and stir things up. However, I might very well do more harm than good. Jim is really good at this stuff. I will sit back and let the professional do his job and not get in his way. I also keep in mind that Jim knows more than us about when this permit is really needed.
