GE (NYSE:GE) announced today that it will hold its 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, May 5, 2020 at the Westin Boston Waterfront at 425 Summer Street, Boston, Massachusetts 02210.

GE's Annual Meeting gives shareholders the opportunity to elect directors of the company for the coming year and to vote on proposals set forth in the proxy statement. The proxy statement will be distributed in March 2020.
