This is too funny - Tortious interference - do you have any idea how many companies etc I have called to verify a contract - I suggest you have a better understanding of the torts system before throwing out terms like Tortious interference.

I would welcome a GAXY lawsuit because I would crush them in Discovery - I could expose their financials to the world and they would have a problem with securities and accounting fraud.

I certainly hope they file a complaint.

Actually, I will buy stock so that I can start the process as GAXY for Causing loss by unlawful means.
