This seems to be the plan.

The underlying concern is dilution. At max shares (250m) the upside is still there, but not nearly as much as if that number stays around 100m as previously indicated. The acquisitions are highly accretive, regardless.

Being profitable should allow for non-dilutive financing as/if required... Dye is not in a position that would benefit from further dilution - nor is anyone in this high insider ownership company... this should offer a sort of dilution protection and avoid decisions that are not shareholder friendly.

The value is coming - the wild swings in PPS are noise and buying opportunities... MDCL need only get to the finish line of this first leg to be worth a multiple of current PPS - the scalability from there is perhaps greater than any other cannabis company today.

I'm looking forward to Dye's first earnings report... we may or may not see "pro forma" revenues/estimates... what we will probably see is a relatively hefty loss as the operation scales to the size required before/while the acquisition process is completed. Growth in consulting etc would be nice to see, however... lest we not forget how well diversified and how well strategically positioned MDCL is set to be!

Anything to offer clarity upon the future should bring a green monday... cannabis may have just found a bottom - MDCL can benefit tremendously from better sector sentiment in conjunction with positive strategic results... though at this point I would not be surprised with more dumping and a retest of the lows - if we get back to $1.10 around the time of that $1200 check coming to my bank account you can pretty well be sure uncle sam is buying me 1000 shares.
