It's taking too long for a change to take place at the top, plus the company needs someone with Hospital experience and dealing with CMS and State and Local Governments for reimbursements, a manager to establish a good working relationship with bankers for working capital and collection of past due accounts, obtaining grants from Federal and State Governments.
