Your saying Yuengling and other owner walked away and don't care what Everett Does with Company when they had/have their personal Guarantees on the line.... So your saying Dave Yuengling dumber than we think

Mid Penn Bank required the the two original owners remain responsible for the Mid Penn debt. You think they signed the deal out of the goodness of their heart.

I'm saying he wouldn't walk away, and neither would I if I still had MY Butt on the Line. But DY could be that dumb...
