If I get a fill to start buying at 4.30 that gives me plenty of room to cost average in the mid to high 3.00's

If it doesn't fill I start next week with nothing but a couple of dogs in the kennel and that prospect is not appealing

I almost never buy a stock on the way up. I like to buy on the way down and since only liars buy absolute bottoms with any consistency, I stage my buys knowing that 90% if the time my first buy will see a decline.
