LOL we're not talking about Ford or IBM here with continuous production. When whoever owned RxAir before ordered the units, I reckon a specific number of parts were made for a set number of units - a few spare parts included.

So no, I seriously doubt that some manufacturing facility on China has hundreds of unassembled RxAir sitting in a warehouse waiting to be shipped out.
