The next 10Q will probably be worse...

The next 10Q is from 01/01/20 to 03/31/20 and only three cases settled.

CXT Systems, Inc. v. Retail Concepts, Inc. 02/04/2020

CXT Systems, Inc. v. Conn's, Inc. 01/24/2020

Semcon IP Inc. v. AsusTek Computer Inc. 01/28/2020

The 10Q to follow 04/01/20 to 6/30/20 which is released in August 2020 will be significant. We should see settlements for: CXT v. GNC, Hallmark, Filson, Fossil, JC Penny and Academy. We should also see settlements for Semcon IP Inc. v. Louis Vuitton North America.

I also believe that the other Semcon suits and Apple will be settled and maybe finalized in this window.

In the meantime, Quest invested a lot in obtaining it's IP and needs to get more and more suits in the courts.

August will let us know whether Quest has a viable business plan or not.
