The $3 mill reduction is a bullshit number the CEO pulled out of his A$$.

If every cent was applied to the Mid Penn Bank loan from selling shares the balance reaming would still be around $1.5 million.

David and his buddy are still on the hook for repayment of the loan.

David left because the company is dead and he has to earn a living.
