I wanted to wait until felt like we had bottomed, and thought about waiting until April 6. I changed my mind because:

1. Chinese going back to work. Virus was way more severe and impactful then I orginally envisioned.

2. They recently filed all their old financials, you dont do that for no reason

3. Company has been completely silent

4. Notes should be covered or nearly covered based on outstanding.

5. Clean balance sheet makes clean RM.

I think could double even with out RM.
