the bill modifies NOLs through the IRS rulings


this is a global pandemic, anyone with NOLS is affected meaning the nols will be modified. you can't have old NOLS under old rulings imo.


thats like if michael jordan went back to the NBA but since he played in the 90s all the new rulings dont apply too him. that would be a bit ridiculous
