Luckily for you all. I know a pretty successful attorney here in Washington DC.

According to her:

The ruling is bad for ARYC. They were found guilty for breach of contract and the court ruled mostly in favor of Taub. But, Taub was unable to establish damages and that is good for ARYC. The damages that Taub tried to claim, was denied by the courts and therefore Taub will now have to try and prove new damages. Basically, Taub did not provide enough evidence to demonstrate the actual damages that they were originally claiming.

At the moment, it looks as if ARYC is trying to settle the damages outside of the courts (i.e. settlement) with Taub. If they cannot settle, Taub will have to take ARYC back to court to prove damages. This will be very costly for both parties, so I doubt any of them will go back to court. ARYC has to pay something. But, the question is now, how much?

When this is all said and done, ARYC will have to show the liability of the settlement within their financials.
