ReclinerTimmy din't even file a NT-10K for getting an extension to file. He is indeed THAT lazy and stupid.
Of course, the obvious reason is that ReclinerTimmy and GoobledegookGary have no intention to file anymore and they're just gonna wait for the SEC to suspend the stock and then, after a cuppla years trading on the gray market, revoke the stock and cancel the ticker. This is typical. If you want to see an example, see MYEC. The CEO quit filing - promising over and over that the filings were coming soon, the ticker was a zombie and traded on the gray market at deep subpenny/trips for a few years, and eventually the SEC revoked the stock and FINRA cancelled the ticker.
Same thing is highly likely with Data Cult (DCLT).
The business itself is dead. Look at the last few years and Qs - losing munny every Q, both income statements and balance sheets getting worse every Q - on virtually EVERY metric.
The no-time CEO ReclinerTimmy is a lazyass idiot, and GunkheadGary the part-time CFO is an old don't-give-a-shit retiree.
It was (and still to some extent is) nothing butt an insider enrichment scheme for ReclinerTimmy and GapYearGary to collect salary, benefits, and free travel and entertainment expenses from the ever-dwindling income from this dying/dead turd. That's all it has ever been - two dudes supplementing their retirement income as do-nothing execs in a failing, terminally-ill business after they ran the P&D back in 2013-2014.
