The article claims the FDFA is "aggressively curtailing" the use of stem cells.
They include a link to a "Linked-in" post that includes a letter from the FDA to a doctor at a company unrelated to PRED.
What is the FDA's actual position with regard to stem cells? It's not hard to google and find this article, on the FDA website:

What the article shows is that the FDA actually supports the development of stem cell therapies, as long as they are safe, and utilize good manufacturing practices and follow the regulatory framework.
So there's a little DD back at HB.
The whole piece is filled with the same sort of half-truths, and misleading crap.
