I anticipate that the additional shares in the float will be due to more debt-to-equity conversion by the same noteholder who has been converting and selling over the past two years.

One point...a lot of the shares are restricted as they are owned by insiders.

Even Pablo's shares are restricted.

They need to start paying their notes back with cash and not shares. If that ever happens...the dilution will end.
