This is great news alright. If Global spins off three subsidiaries in the next 12-18 mos then the value of Global should be many millions of dollars no matter how many shares are in the O/S since there would be 3 well financed companies with fresh trading markets and no convertible debt in the parent or the subsidiaries.

This means GFTX should be 10X to 20X from here on valuation alone. This is brilliant on their part.

The only sellers here should be the convertible note funds and on a regulated basis soon. Maybe some MOMO traders also. This is a great long term play
