Looks like share count gets updated by the TA once per month per OTC markets website. There is some convertible debt on the books - a lot have been either paid in cash or converted. Those that have not are expected to get paid in cash by Budcar sales revenue increase. They were looking at a RS awhile back but canceled it as I believe they have awarded employees and partners common equity and the mindset has changed to organic share price appreciation. So, I think there is some obvious appetitive by those holders, with support of the company, to get the share price up. I think there is not as much visibility here right now compared to the past so any news or value hunters coming in will push this up.
