It is good to see that some people at least understand the value even if the rest of the world doesn't.

I predicted in late January that Boeing would crash. Since that time the stock dropped from $350 to below $100 and they would be bankrupt by now if the government hadn't rescued them. The world was clueless about that one too.

Yes, we can. HERB has a much better chence than Boeing did at the time. The Boeing crash was a bit of a gamble but HERB is not. The probability that the Gansu provincial government is totally corrupt is close to zero.
