Just because you agree with something that is a major problem and telling factor doesn't mean that makes it not a problem. erhc while pleading for leniency on the one hand, continues its practice of not filing required SEC reports. Why would they do that? The answer is not a gag order. Gagging info about one particular deal does not mean quarterly and annual reports cannot be filed and it does not prevent erhc from reporting material events or require it to remove its telephone. The question is why. The answer does not bode well for anyone owning shares who is not in Offor's circle of friends imo.
