Per filing today...Sing now has 1,779,254,438 shares of common stock outstanding as of March 18, 2020,

That is over 50 million more shares than on Feb 29, 2020...an increase of 53 mil shares in 18 days.

Greg L continues to dilute. It is criminal what he is doing.

Maybe he is issuing share certificates for people to use as toilet paper...hell..a sheet of toilet paper is worth more than a share of Singlepoint...way more!
