Based off of the 2 directors resigning? Looks like a power struggle. And based on that PR that was approved by the CEO along with a quote straight from him? Which btw was a quote with one blurb about record revs and 90% of the quote about possible going BK?

I would say the CEO won and the directors were pissed off and quit.

I have written many PRs for companies and I always would include a quote from the ceo. BTW most of those quotes are not really a quote. They are just a made up quote that the CEO than approves. So anyway for him to quote himself talking in such a negative manner?

Wow.

Now, why the CEO is choosing to go this route? Who knows. Maybe he is trying to get more control of the company. Maybe he is trying to hurt a debtholder. Maybe he is just crazy.

But regardless, it is all very strange.
