"I had a nice conversation with Gavin today, the investor relations contact with Cel-Sci.

Asked him about the Prospectus recently filed on the 24th, and whether the info stating the “Company is currently waiting for the occurrence of 298 events” is “updated information.”

Gavin responded by saying “that part of the Prospectus is old news. He went on to say there are 2 parts to the Prospectus:

1: “Prospectus Supplement" - containing NEW info for investors to consider; and
2: “Prospectus Base" - containing OLD info for investors to consider.

Again, I asked him whether the language of 298 events was up to date ...and he replied, “consider that info old news, as that info is not in the Prospectus Supplement.”

IMO and based on the conversation I had with Gavin (and other shareholders), 298 has occurred & there will be no IDMC report. Again, just my opinion.

A significant update on this trial is imminent, and it will more than likely be positive news."
