Avoid this stock at all cost. They have a huge credibility problem. No one seems to believe what they say. From questionable buy out offers to drugs for any disease that gets the headlines they come out with an article about how they are working on a cure. To you new investors never buy a stock that describes the company as clinical stage. Clinical stage means no profit and very little prospects or they wouldn't be trading so cheaply. When this so called buy out was advertised sec filings show a bunch of shares registered for sale, very questionable.
