My favorite part....

Other than Sonny's grand total of 1899 shares, the other 7 officers and directors own a combined total of 225 shares! How can one not be incentivised to buy more! I'm emptying all my savings as I speak. Go Sonny...p 73.

For those with good legal minds, you may want to look over the section where it talks about someone trying to take over or get rid of management. Me thinks Sonny and friends got a good thing going on here.
