None of the 250,000 will go anywhere without FDA approval for the U.S. and CE certification for Europe. CEO Keith Berman has his hands full, if he actually intends to deliver on his commitment. Has DECN even hired a CE certification attorney for Europe?

Personally Rawman, I have given up on the idea that this company is really even in business and it is a just a total sham. The financials are unverified and never add correctly. The Q's and 10K are fluffed with junk dating back the beginning of the company and repeat the same verbiage section after section boring the reader into a coma induced sleep. His PR's are ridiculous with made up scenarios for far away lands and in the 18 years or so of operation he has never done one dang thing and certainly never made a profit while he has fleeced investors with not one but two massive reverse splits, a 1/80 and a 1/14.

but, as baffling as it is, more keep lining up take the bait.
