We don't know revenue has increased. None of what Cox has said has been audited. That ECS purchase is super fishy. Likelihood of Cox lying is very high.... because that's what Cox does.

The other reason, Cox is willing to pay more than the revenue is worth. Thus the growing losses along with supposed growing revenues.
