January '20 letter of intent signed for $2M equity investment and Joint Venture to form Quantum Materials Vertical Technologies, LLC.


How do you know that won't be used to dilute shareholders?

Why didn't the investors want to invest in QMC unless they are going to get a much better deal investing in this new company? I guess the don't believe in $5+ LOL.

BTW, January was 2 months ago and no word on the LOI. How much more silence do we need before we can assume it's dead?
