You would think if the interim data was good they would be rushing to pass it early

If you're referring to the Covid mitigation I would think it's REALLY early at this point.

My feeling is that if there is a benefit, it may be such that it requires some statistical depth, in other words maybe more than just two or three patients.

We don't know yet how dramatic the mitigation is, but even if it "only" saves 20 percent of patients, that would be a huge benefit for both the patients and society.
