Isn't Donnelly the executive that said there were 200k users ready to launch?

A huge gaffe and yet "Mr. Donnelly will be entitled to an annual salary of $175,000, with the potential for an increase in salary based on Company net sales, and is eligible to participate in the Company’s benefit programs. "
