I own 3000 shares of PFE currently, but wish I didn't. (also own GILD, BIIB, GWPH, HQY, ABT, LLY) The chart looks truly awful, even today. Needs to get to at least $33 this week to give any hope at the moment.
As for VTGN, small biotech companies are generally an awful play for the long term. They are always losing money, and if they ever hit on that one big product, the big boys come in and scoop them up at a discount and now you own a small percentage of a big company. Been doing this for too long and can't think of a single small bio stock that has worked out.
