Just ordered another bottle of the ES gel roll on through amazon.... you know, that stuff that can’t work.. lol.. funny how when I used it on my hand and wrist which I apparently sprained chucking firewood, that discomfort went away, quickly. So, if it doesn’t work, then it must be just PFM that the discomfort disappeared! I’m willing to pay for PFM! Next challenge.. residual soreness from a hip replacement last month.. there was a lot of damage so it will take a while to heal.. good opportunity to test it again..
