PIRE: This ticker started trading last May @ $1.50 and has pretty much been dropping like a rock since, albeit on fairly low volume, was trading in the .50 - .70 range last month......now in the .10 - .15 range.

8K's out yesterday and last week shows an acquisition and name change to Fourth Wave Energy, Inc.....an alternative energy startup, which looks kind of interesting IMO.

Might be one to radar, but the dramatic pps drop is a bit concerning.
