Technically, the Z-pack is not essential, but prophylactically beneficial. The Hydrochloroquine is the essential drug that opens the ability for cells to be flooded with Zn to stop the polymerase enzyme from replicating the virus. The z-pack is used to prevent secondary pneumonia.

However, if Leronlimab works, you have a Three to Six time treatment, with no side effects, and quite likely, no allergic response. This could very well be an extremely important treatment for those who for whatever reason cannot tolerate Hydrochloroquine (Plaquenil basically).

If anything, at the very least, if the results are positive, it will only prove Leronlimab to be a powerful anti-inflammatory... even if it is not deployed en mass for coronavirus specifically.
