Shouldn't "Jailed" MODs be required to relinquish MOD-positions?

If somebody can't abide by the rules, isn't that a good reason to REMOVE them as a board MOD, and open a slot for somebody else?

Sure it does. If they reform they can re-apply for MOD position.

But honestly, many MODs get away with 'murder' on these boards and it is to iHUB's detriment to allow that.
