Edwin controls the preferred b series which leaves him with a 51% majority voting shares just from those, that doesnt change.

Let alone the common stock he has. Dont worry about a take over.

Dont worry about a reverse split either. Until he refiles for a 1000:1. The 100:1 was filed when KPAY was still $.30 a share and would have served a purpose of buying time. Going to $.20 doesnt buy any time.
