IMO WONKA no one is going to chase a moving ASK to accumulate 2M shares to drive the price up so everyone can dump. Especially when you have EMET willing to dump on the BID which is how accumulation of large amounts is happening. Now in the absence of a Toxic dumper then that concept could hold some validity IMO.
