They should have charged Megas. So that if he dared set foot in the States, they could arrest him at the airport.
Though it's possible there's a sealed indictment, just in case. They sometimes do that. Then if the guy feels it's safe to enter the country, they pounce. Before yesterday, I'd have thought that wouldn't work with Megas, because I didn't believe he'd visited the States in many years. But apparently I was wrong about that; according to the complaint, he traveled to the States a number of times during the relevant period. And so perhaps he's continued to do that.
