And as far as it showing in the FINRA report, MM's will not keep any substantial positions open for any significant amount of time due to risk, they will try and close as fast as they can and do whatever it takes to do it.
So did MM's let it pop selling shares on the ask on the way up knowing they could push it down and cover back in the 2's? Of course. Why the OTC trades the way it does, with lower volume and liquidity compared to the big boards the MM's can do what they want with little interference.
