Nobody has ever given an explanation why QMC disclosed the obviously not serious Amtronics agreement. It was so not serious that they didn't bother to have it reviewed by lawyers before signing, and Amtronics defaulted on it almost immediately.

There was no requirement to disclose it. So why did they? For that matter, why was the Amtronics agreement even signed in the first place?

The explanation is very obvious. Because the Indians happily agreed to assist the lowlife scoundrel POS Sq1uires screw over his own investors by misleading them with a completely phony contract.

The derelict is completely devoid of any semblance of character and needs to go immediately for shareholders' sake. He serves no constructive purpose and only shovels shareholder money into his pockets.
