one of the most shareholder friendly stocks currently. stabilized SS, verified TA now leaving no room for doubt on the OS and float, BoD putting their money on the line along with retail and issuing a divvy to shareholders. Divvy's are only for investors confidence, reward to long supporters but also to create liquidity into significant events.
