THIS IS NOT A NEW OFFERING!!! For all the newbies and people who don't like reading. THIS IS NOT A NEW OFFERING!!! Today's filing is an AMENDMENT to the original Reg-A filing back in September of 2019. In that Reg-A, 300mil shares were offered at .01. Today's amendment lowers the amount of securities that can be sold to 100mil and raises the price to .03 per share. But they are registered in case the company needs to sell shares for capital. When that does happen, these shares will be sold to investment bankers, not day traders. If you took some time and watched the last shareholder update video you would know the CEO said after the securities that were sold last week, they have enough capital now to purchase and deploy the COVID-19 materials, which they have done. If after 3 years of nothing but being open, honest, forthright, completely transparent and always letting shareholder know what's going on, if anyone is questioning the integrity of this CEO, you obviously have NOT done your homework. Or, you're just wanting cheaper shares. I've been here for 3 years, I'll be here for more. Joe says he wants to take $NBDR to NASDAQ and one day ring the Nasdaq bell and I fully believe him.
