Even if we accept that you're correct, isn't that a net zero for Paul and a net zero for shareholders. Oooooh so sinister!

Paul may have made some mistakes but I don't think you can point to any CEO who has re-invested more of his personal resources into his company. mCig still has virtually zero debt.
