We know with 3 million pref, series A at 30 votes each, he has 90 million votes. Plus, I think he has roughly 10 mil max of common shares (I think it is more like 7 mil. - please correct me if I am wrong), so, in total, I am thinking 100 mil is a good guess of number of votes TW has.

So, this could be a glimpse into how high the OS is going to go without TW losing control of the company. He can dilute or increase the OS to almost 200mil (making sure he still has at least 51% of voting rights) without losing control.

Just what I understand.
