Let's see if they do what they say they can.
Website is rather basic, if not a little cheap with lots of stock photos. Nice to see a real photo there, however. Those guys are real nice down there. A little flakey, and on tougher customer service issues they get stumped and know little. More order takers than seeing ahead, and so reliant upon execs and programmers in the U.S. who are quite bad a thinking ahead, which then limits the CenterCom crew to effectively service their customers.

Those testimonials are funny. They're basically all Surge exec companies plus the law firm client. Probably some scam there.
