Why would a drop in the price of oil have to do with ACCR? lol..........remember that one? sovereign wealth nation forcasts year fiscal budgets by their senates the pre-ceding year......stability in oil prices in the region is IMPORTANT because from a supplier perspective......the supplier of oil has to sell more oil to meet the same anticipated prior years drafted budget. Being a trained Economist from Tulane University, and working directly with Mexico Equities at the time, I understood well fiscal effects and volatility in oil markets by PEMEX - petroleos mexicano.........now that was a previously funniest posed question for today. BTW, 13 years ago, I broke the $50 GIFTING RULE.........................

Sounds to me like they just "wrapped up" the 1st round of project trust completion on some of the OLDER PROJECTS in the MEA and AFRICA! Did my ears just hear upper end of $350mln?
