What Power Up and JSJ are doing is EXACTLY the same as the two toxic death spiral lenders named in the SEC cases. EXACTLY the same.
They can call themselves anything they want to. That doesn't make it factual. I can call myself the King of England, but I'm not.
What they are is unregistered broker-dealers. What the SEC did to JNJ today they can, and almost certainly will, do to other toxic death spiral lenders in the future. And that is likely to include both Power Up and JSJ.
