Will be sorted out. If they intentionally made a material misrepresentation then their cmpany idn't well off so they will need to modify the deal. If not, Assetcare was deployed without it and if it important enough a replacement will be found. The issue with oil and gas seems to be more about deferred capital outlays due to shrinkibg income. The facility will have to be offline for maintenance to connect to their power. In any event, what is going on in a particular segment is only critical if you lose in the aggregate. Just my thoughts.
